Wacom movink 13 compatability

Is there an easy solution like 3in1 cable or something like that to make the movink 13 work with a desktop pc that has no usb c 4.0 port at all. I bought one for my wife a while back when she still had a laptop with the said port. So in short what more do i need to make the tablet work with a desktop pc
