My Pan/Scroll action doesn't seem to work properly on certain apps?

I'm using Wacom Intous BT M 6100 on MacOS. At first everthing seem fine, the Pan/Scroll work properly but suddenly the problem accrued. For example, when I'm using it on any other apps like Discord, Medibang everything seem fine but when I used it on certain app like Goodnotes, Artstudio or any application that based on IOS, the Panning/Scrolling seems really slow like its stuck. I've tried reloading a driver but this problem remain unfixed. Anyone in the same situation? and how can I fix this?
