Charging my Intuos Pro Small Model PTH-460

Hello can someone tell me whether the Intuos Pro Small tablet needs charging, how often and how to do it? I'm looking at the back and I don't seem to see a battery compartment.

 

Also, how do I know what model my pen is and does it need charging and how do I do it?

  Hi, 

  The Intuos Pro Small's battery cannot be replaced. When you connect your Intuos Pro to your computer, you will see the battery status in the Wacom Center, or in the task bar of your operating system. 
  How often you should charge depends on how much you use it and how you use it. 

  The included pen is the Pro Pen 2 and doesn't require charging since it makes use of our EMR technology.
