Setting Resetting Issue!

Hello everyone!

I am a new Wacom user, just bought my One by Wacom 3 days ago.

Problem: When I change my tablet name in the software and then disconnect and reconnect the device it resets all my settings back to default. It only works (doesn't reset) when I keep the name unchanged. 

I tried many solutions like updating and disabling the driver, restarting the PC, redownloading the software, using another PC...etc

Please help me if you can!

  I am having the same issue. I'm a long-time Wacom user, and I even own three tables. Where is the support community on this, please?
