Software Driver: Wacom Tablet_6.4.2-1 "FAILS" after updating over WacomTablet_6.4.1-3

Hi' ALL

Just an observation to say: "UPDATING IS NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER"

I was running quite ahappily on 6.4.1-3, then 6.4.2-1 poked its nose over the horizon

IT FAILED TO WORK ON MY SYSTEM - so I went back to6.4.1-3 & Peace was RESTORED

My Platform = SONY i7 16Gb Ram 1Tb Hd

  Hi Andy, 

  Thanks for the info. Can you tell us what exactly failed? If there is an issue we would like to know so we can fix it.

  Hi'

  When the new driver 6.4.2-1 was installed, the Wacom Desktop loaded fine. I was able to  view "On-Screen Shortcuts" fine. However, My connected device Intuos Pro M does not show as it indicates No Device connected. Running the pen on the tablet did not show any response.

  Hence the reason I went  back to the previous driver 6.4.1-3
