EK remote behave not as expected

After a software update in oktober 1 2023 my EK remote behave differently then before. Last time I used the machine and photoshop worked as normal was in august 2023.

Now everything in photoshop and windows works fine up to the point when I switch on the power to the EK remote. Then it completly takes over and change all shortcuts for photoshop and windows. I cant browse, if i type it starts using windows shortcuts instead of typing in the browser. And I have to restart the PC for this to go away.

Problem comes again as soon as i turn on the EK remote.

What shall i test to get back functionality on the EK remote?

  Hi David Hanson, 

  There was no software release from Wacom on October 1st 2023 so can you clarify exactly what was updated? 

  Can you share exact steps on how to replicate this issue? At the moment I cannot see this issue in my setup.

  It was a simple thing, after ours of deinstall reinstall of Kb wibdows upsates, mouse upsates etc. Nothing helped untill I came upon a youtube video.
  If you remove the ek remotes backside there is a little hole.
  It says reset on it. Push it for a couple of seconds with a pen.

  Voila. Problem solved.
