6.4.4-2 update

The new 6.4.4-2 update hasn't resolved any of the existing issues, where the driver turns on and off repeatedly. Moreover, it has introduced additional problems, disrupting the functionality of CMD, OPT, SHIFT keys, and causing issues with touch controls.

The product I purchased is the Cintiq Pro 27, which is priced at $3,500 USD, and the service I've received is subpar. What's going on with this company? They seem unable to fix the driver issue that has persisted for years, and now there are even more new problems.

I will consider other brands such as Xpen in the future

  im having the same problem with the new update

  right now, my pen display pro cintique 16 isnt working because the "application driver is not working anymore"  with addition the constant "touch" off and on thats been repeatedly happening... 

  CMD, OPT and SHIFT keys not working anymore, i had to add them to the express keys to be able to use them.

  They are going to ask you to unplug the device to delete all the user preferences and the entire driver and related files, then reboot the system and install the driver again. Although, it's not going to change anything.
  I'm curious, have they ever tested the driver before releasing it? It's ridiculous.

  You might want to use the older version of the driver, which might work better than the current version.
  I would recommend you sell it and switch to another brand; Wacom's products no longer seem to be worth their price.
