App center not opening with current drivers

Hello,

I cannot get the app center tfor Mac OS to open on my new Intuos Pro M. It looks like it's not recognizing the tablet. I have reinstalled the drivers and still having the same issue. Please advise?

  Sorry to read that.

  Please make sure the tablet is correctly connected. You should have a solid white LED turned on near the Touch Ring to confirm this. 

  If possible, connect directly with the provided USB cable and avoid using an adapter. If you must use an adapter due to the lack of USB-A ports available on your Mac, please make sure you use one that is properly compatible. 

  If the LED is solid, then please make sure you follow the Mac driver install steps completely:
