No Signal Wacom Cintiq 13 Windows 11

I am getting "No signal" on a tablet. All other functions of the tablet work and is detected, however the tablet is not detected as a display. Things I've tried:

Unplug and plug in all cables in different directions

Different HDMI cable

Scan for new displays in Windows Settings

Update Graphics Card drivers

Update Motherboard drivers/BIOS

Uninstall and reinstall Wacom drivers

System Restore

Uninstall updates

 

What I've noticed is when booting up, the BIOS loading screen appears on the tablet, however once Windows loads it isn't detected anymore. I've verified the tablet works with a Windows 10 installation on a different computer.

  Thank you for reaching out to us.  Pleas try testing under a newly created admin user to see if that will allow video signal to your Wacom Cintiq 13.  Best regards

  I have tried under a newly created Local Admin as well as Domain Admin, however the result is the same.

  I fixed the issue, I had to roll back the NVIDIA 3080 Display Adapter Driver to an earlier version. Version 31.0.15.1694 works for the 3080, maybe this will help the other users having the same issue.
