Pen Calibration Issues

Hello, I recently have had problems with my Wacom one tablet. My pen, while drawing: trails off from where I am intending  to draw by a wide margin. Its like there is a barrier around where I place the pen on the screen that keeps it from where I am trying to draw. I have reset the driver, and recalibrated many times but to no avail. What can fix my problem?

   Just wondering if you managed to fix this? I'm having a similar problem with mine, if I put my pen on the tablet in the middle the cursor is under the pen, if I move to either side the cursor starts to move away from the pen in the direction of travel. The further I go the large the gap gets, I have also updated the drive, calibrated (many,many times), turned off windows ink etc..etc... All to no avail. It even happens on the desktop as well as Photoshop.

   

  Tablet is a Cintiq 24 HD Touch
