Wacom One M Pen | CTC6110WL not charging at all
Yesterday (Oct 15 2025) my new Wacom One M arrived and as instructed in your website, I plugged it during and let it charging the whole night. I came to work and there's only 13% charge and that's the same amount it came with. No charging at all. I tryed different cables to the same results. I plugged a measuring charge and it says 0% of receiving any juice at all. It seems that the battery of my brand new table came dead.
I already asked for a different tablet but the order was canceled at the last minute, so I bought this one on amazon. And it's been two weeks waiting for the first and another whole week for this one.
Is there something I can do?

Well it seems that the computer it gives not enough charge to the tablet. Thank God I have a charger 5v---550mA (67w) around. The tablet admits a 60w charger with the table's own cable. Now it's charging. Case closed thanks to the assistance of one of the Wacom's Tech Support person.
