wacom pro pen 3 button replacements [BROKEN]
The buttons are far to fragile and break after long term use. the tiny miniscule little piece of plastic holding the button in place snapped all of a sudden. I can not find anywhere to get a replacement, I don't want to buy a whole new pen just because a piece of plastic fell out. I believe my product is still under warranty, do I get any replacements for the pen, also what other Wacom pens work with the Wacom cintiq pro17. and for future reference where can I get parts replacements for the pro pen 3?

Sorry to see this.
I see you already contacted the support team and that a replacement is being provided.0 -
Can Wacom please confirm the replacement buttons being sent out are of a superior quality to the ones breaking?
Or else the replacements will just last a few weeks folks

Oh, I see that I'm not alone with the problem of buttons falling out. All the buttons on my stylus have fallen out (in less than a 1 month). I'm currently working with tape and waiting for an adequate solution from the support team. I still don't understand why it's a problem to sell replacement button plates when they come with the stylus anyway. Why make it so difficult to replace a broken piece of plastic?

Can a Wacom representative please advise what the long term position of Wacom is here?
We can’t all carry on with ordering replacement buttons or sticky tape on new ‘premium’ products.
Failing that. Anyone know the official route in cases like this ?

Hi Jim Morrison,
This issue is being closely monitored by Wacom and discussed at the engineering level with support from QA.
The official route is to contact support in such cases: https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402518273943-How-do-I-contact-Wacom-Support

Hello. Here's another entry on this list. If you guys would just sell the buttons separately, then I would just buy it. It's ridiculous that we have to go to support for this. Anyways, the button broke, and I need a replacement. Can you help me?

Hi Jordan Duncan,
There will be a kit with spare parts accessible soon. However, in most cases this is covered by warranty and can be sent to you for free without much hassle.
I created a support ticket. Someone will reach out and start the process.0 -
10 days after contacting Wacom Support, I've received 2 sets of tabs with buttons. They might broke again soon so I decided to use for now the pen with the clear-no-button tab and use a modifier key on the keyboard for right click.
