How do I connect the Wacom Cintiq 22 (DTK-2260) to the adjustable stand (ACK639KZ)?

To connect the adjustable stand to the Wacom Cintiq 22 follow the steps below.

Lay the Cintiq down flat on a sturdy level surface.
Position the stand over the screw holes on the back of the tablet.
Using a screwdriver (not included) attach the stand to the tablet by hand tightening the four included screws
