Please note: Downloading the SDKs will require quick set-up of a system ID (“Wacom ID”) to set password access to the download site. Once you have a Wacom ID, you can log-in and access the downloads page. On the page, select the “For Signature” tab and download “Signature SDK for Windows Desktop” -

WHICH SDK SHOULD I USE?
Signature SDK & SigCaptX - a high-level product which comes with an interface for capturing the signatures, can record pen data and convert it into an image as well as embed the biometric data within the image (a proprietary Wacom format called FSS is used for the biometric data). This SDK requires a license and we provide a Lite license which is free of charge and covers the basic SDK functionality described above, and also an Enterprise Premium license which covers the basic SDK functionality as well as data encryption, ISO formatting for the biometric data and using non-Wacom input devices.

STU SDK & SigCaptX - a low-level product which only provides access to the raw pen data and it is up to the engineer to develop all remaining functionality such as UI and the processing of the data. This SDK requires no license.

SDK for JavaScript which is platform-independent as it doesn't require any installations on the end user side. It provides the same functionality as the high-level Signature SDK described above. This SDK is charged per transaction and the minimum amount is 10,000 transactions per year, so may not be suited for projects on the smaller side.
