If you have purchased Signature Set from the Wacom eStore
This "Wacom Signature Set" consists of a Wacom STU-540 or STU-430 digital signature pad and pen, and Wacom’s "sign pro PDF" electronic signature software which is the "Standard" version and doesn't require a licence.

Installation Guides
If you have downloaded sign pro PDF you can use the following guides to install the application:

Depending on the signature device you want to use with sign pro PDF, you must also install the required driver.
- If using an STU device then make sure that the STU driver is installed especially if you use a STU-540 with a color display.
- During the installation process you will be asked if you want to install the STU Driver along with sign pro PDF. If you forgot to tick this check box, use the link above to download and install the driver.

Note: The STU driver is needed mainly for colour tablets so it can be safely omitted when you are using a monochrome device such as the STU-430.
Having said that the STU driver has no resource impact on the system and simply installs a few small information files in the Windows system area.
Since the sign pro installer offers to install it by default then it really does no harm to accept that default setting. Either way the STU-430 should work fine with sign pro PDF, whether you have installed the STU driver or not.
- If using a DTU or similar Wacom pen display tablet the Wacom tablet driver must be installed.
- If using a Wacom-supported touch-screen device the Wacom Feel Driver must be installed.
- If using a device which is not operated using Wacom hardware such as a touch-screen digitizer or pen, then a special RTS license for sign pro PDF must be obtained from Wacom Sales.
For sign pro PDF 3.X users
There is no compatibility, so it is necessary to uninstall 3.X then install the latest 4.X version. If you have an old license key for a 3.X version, it will not work with the current 4.X version.
