Shipping from outside the European Union
Returns from outside the EU (such as from United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway etc.) must be sent "Customs Cleared" and "DDP - Delivered Duty Paid" to Germany.
If the package reaches German customs without being cleared, you will need to contact German customs to pay the clearance fee and import taxes. We cannot clear the customs or collect the package on your behalf. In such cases it will returned to you unrepaired.
NOTE: The "Customs Cleared" service is not available from national post offices, so we recommend you use an insured and traceable delivery service such as UPS or DHL.
