Wacom not refistering clicks.

Hi! so ive had a wacom intous BT M for about 3 years now, one day the clicks stopped registering and i know my wacom pressure is fine( checked on the pen pressure settings) it just refused to work normally, i bought new pen nibs and they wont work + i installed the new driver so i dont know what else to do! help me figure this out please. (im using windows 10 n my laptop btw)
