Is Wacom Cintiq Pro compatible with and ibuypower gaming PC?

I've had this model of tablet for a while now and have been using it with a laptop, I recently upgraded to a PC but I've tried everything and the screen won't turn on.  I've tried plugging it into both the PC itself and the screen and nothings worked. I can interact with my monitors screen with the tablet but I wanted a similar experience as the drawing tablet with the laptop where it's a two separate but connected screen situation, is that possible or do I have to buy a different tablet?
