Bamboo Ink (2019) severely lags behind cursor?

I tried the two protocols, updating wacom pen (said the latest version was feb 2022? Is the link a old driver? Or is it just not updated anymore?) driver, unsinstalled it, uninstalled the pen from device manager, tried windows 11, no clue anymore.
