Accidentally Updated Driver

Wacom did some sort of update while I was in the middle of a job, I foolishly let it update the driver, then my cursor was confined to the canvas (could not select tools or anything), I tried to reinstall the new driver and restart and now my PTH 451 won't work even when I try to uninstall the new driver and install an older driver. I don't have time for this! Is there a solution?
