Print color different from monitor colors

Hi,  My Cintiq Pro 27 is about a month old. 

I'm printing a photo through Lightroom Classic to a Canon ImageGraph Pro-1000 printer. 

The color is different on the print than on the Cintiq monitor. 

The color on the Cintiq matches the colors on a secondary monitor that have from ColorEdge. 

I've set the Cintiq monitor settings to sRGB. 

Could it be that there are settings in Lightroom that are competing or over-riding the settings on the monitors? 

Is there a place where I can manually adjust the color on the monitor to match a test print? Then readjust the Lightroom settings and re-print ?

I know there are available hardware to do this, including from Wacon, but I don't think that should be necessary and it won't help if some of the software settings are incorrect.
