Redeeming Software

I want to redeem my free clip studio paint tutorial program that comes with the wacom tablet but when i try to register my device on the website it tells me to register my device on the wacom desktop centre instead. I have already gone through that process but it still doesn't let me register my device on the website as well and redeem my software. My tablet is 3 years old so i wonder if it has to do with that. I would be happy if somebody could help me with this.

  Have the same problem here with an Intuos CTL-6100K-B tablet.

  I have the same problem with my Wacom Intuos S! If anyone got a solution please let me know
