Thank you for reaching out to us.  How do you have your Wacom Intuos Pro connected to your Mac?  Additionally, when the tablet goes unresponsive, is there any error message that pops up, if so, may you please reply with a screenshot of the error message?  Best regards

My tablet is connected by usb and displays no error messages, but I have noticed 'Touch on' keeps turning off/on intermittently.

Hi, my tablet is doing the same thing and I'm using Windows. I even went out and bought a new tablet this morning thinking there was something wrong with it but it must be Wacom itself?

I've re-installed it a few times. I'm the same as above, I work for myself teaching classes online so can't continue like this.

    Hi Claire

I think it has something to do with touch function, I've turned touch off on my tablet (on side of the tablet) It hasn't froze yet just waiting to see if remains workable but you loose the function of touch. see if that helps while we wait for a perm solution.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for letting me know the above.

I actually got through to customer support yesterday in Wacom and he told me to " Please open the Windows start menu and search and open the Wacom Tablet properties, Click on mapping, and remove the check mark on use Windows Ink".

I did that and it seems to be working...I just used my whiteboard for an hour and no problems!

    Hope this helps you too!

For those of us on a Mac, using Ventura OS, any solutions Mark?

Mine also freezes, so I've had to restart a few times today.

Carlos Baena still waiting on a solution but the only thing that works that I know of that stops this is to turn off touch function manually although not great but at least the tablet becomes usuable again without it freezing and having to restart your mac.
