Wacom IntuosM Pen Extremely Laggy/Delayed

For reference I'm using Windows 11 with Wacom IntuosM. I've tried the latest drivers as well as an older one and the problem persists, my pen is extremely laggy and delayed. In my Wacom Tablet Properties app, I also only see the Applications tab, no "Touch" tab and so on to adjust the speed of my pen. Please help.

  Mine is doing the same. Tried it on my husband's laptop and it did the same thing. No idea how to fix it.
