Wacom Cintiq 16 No signal

Same issue as https://support.wacom.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/16059452374551-Wacom-Cintiq-16-No-signal-Compatible-display-device-not-found- 

I've restarted the driver, re-plugged in the cords, just about everything. The stylus is registering and I can draw with it, I just have no screen. Please help? Thanks.
