Order Cancellation
I have placed two separate orders of the Wacom Cintiq 16 and BOTH have been cancelled under the reason “payment refused, incorrect, or not received” when both time, i have been charged for the order and gotten the same response. I need this tablet for my university classes and this is inhibiting my ability to do so. I was under the impression Wacom was the top of the line products and i’d be able to get a nice Drawing tablet but it seems that’s more difficult than i anticipated.
