Jumping viewport with pen zooming

Does anyone have a solution to the problem? I have a cintiq 16, everything is ok with the mouse, but with the pen it bounces all the time when zooming. I try another cintiq 16 from my friend,use Cintiq 16 in Zbrush on other PC, reinstall drivers, install newer Zbrush. Its not work everything. I have windows 10. Thank you
