Accidental dragging folders/artboards when Touch mode is on.
Hey,
i just want to let Customer Support know that since at least 5-6 years, your developers cannot fix the drivers for my Wacom Intuos Pro PTH-660 [mac]. And that's the reason I stayed at version 6.3.38-3 till today. In the meantime, I have changed the tablet 2 times, and the computer 3 times and the problem with accidental dragging/scrolling items or artboards in Photoshop when touch mode is on just stays unsolved still. I think it's a pretty regular use: working in PS or browsing, holding pen in my hand and putting my hand on the tablet. Even today I decided to try it again as i moved to new MacBook Pro. I gave it a shot with 6.4.3-2 - and i just cannot believe that the problem still exists. I really don't know how experienced designers use it.... I assume they just switch off the touch mode, as my friend does. Well, i don't as tablet is also my touch pad for browsing internet etc.
Anyway, I just wanted to drop this message, and maybe someone will take it seriously. I just downgraded to 6.3.38-3 and everything is back to normal.
Ps. yes, i even tried to upgrade the firmware of device. but " Error: No supported tablet is connected. Please connect a tablet" warning pops up...
Or maybe someone knows how to fix it...
