Pan and zoom in Photoshop

Just updated to Ventura (13.6), Photoshop 2024, and Wacom tablet driver 6.4.4-2. 

In Photoshop I use spacebar-click to pan and spacebar-Command-click to zoom. Before updating these worked fine with both a mouse click and a Wacom pen click. After update both panning and zooming work with mouse click. Panning also works with Wacom pen click. But zooming does not work with Wacom pen click. Instead, the Photoshop cursor icon turns to the plus-magnifying glass when I press spacebar-Command on the keyboard, but the pen click causes it to switch back to the hand icon and only allow panning, not zooming.

Any suggestions?

  Wacom knows about this issue and is working on it. They have set up a thread for it:

  Meanwhile I have uninstalled 6.4.4-2 and installed 6.4.1-2, so the modifiers now work, but the old "Touch On" bug is still there.
