Wacom Intuos CTL 4100 Disconnecting after 15 Seconds

Would anyone know how to fix this issue? I have an Intuos CTL 4100 that I purchased in 2019 that consistently began disconnecting after 15 seconds of use this morning. If I un-plug and re-plug the device back in, the same thing happens - it will work and be recognized by both the computer (Desktop PC running Windows 11 with the most current software update as of this post) and the Wacom Center app for about 15 or so seconds before no longer working. The light on the tablet will go out, just as if it lost power, and the Wacom Center app stops detecting the device.
I have attempted deleting and reinstalling the latest driver from Wacom, as well as restarting my PC multiple times, yet the problem persists. I've also tried resetting the settings on the Wacom Center application as well. Lastly, I tried using several of my other USB ports and cables to no avail. Until now, I've had no problems at all with this device across multiple computers and laptops. This thing got me through college, and I really enjoy using it. Any tips? I've also obtained the Wacom Log from the Wacom Center app, if I need to provide that to someone.
