Pro Pen 2 Switch 1 works only in one direction

Hello,

switch 1 of my new Pro Pen 2 (on an Intuos Pro M) does only work when I hold the pen in such a way that switches 2 and 3 are facing down, towards the tablet. As soon as I rotate the pen a little around is own main axis so that switches 2 and 3 show left, right or up -- so I can click on them --, switch 1 stops working entirely, and Pressure shows 0%, no matter how much I press. Replacing the nibs didn't help.

Tested using the Diagnostics tool. Everything else works (X Data, Y Data, X Tilt, Y Tilt... as well as Pressure but only when the pen is rotated with Switches 2 and 3 facing down).

Also, it's definitely not a driver / software issue: using another Pro Pen 2 (from an Intuos Pro L) on this Intuos Pro M tablet and computer works perfectly.

Could this Pen be physically damaged? It's a brand new Tablet+Pen.
