Bamboo 2nd Generation disconnecting
I am using a Bamboo 2nd generation stylus with a Microsoft Surface Pro, Windows 11 Pro version.
I have never been able to download drivers for the pen. In fact, when I try to do so manually, they don't install.
I was able to install Wacom Components, but they can't find my stylus. When I go to Wacom Tablet Properties, it tells me that no Wacom device is connected to my device. Wacom Update Utility says there was a problem checking for updates, please try later.
The pen works only intermittently. In the course of an hour I will have to reinitialize it several times, either by removing the battery or by pressing the side buttons until they flash twice.
