Intuos pro m pen not working with Mac mini m2
I have a new Mac mini m2 with Mac OS Sonoma. The Wacom pad & pen I have is an Intuos pro m. It's connected to the Mac mini fine, allowing me to use a finger on the pad to move the cursor around on the screen. When I try to use either end of the pen on the pad it pops up with an error message;
Security settings prevented the Wacom Software from posting an event
Open System Settings > Privacy & Security. Scroll to Accessibility in the list on the right and make sure all Wacom applications in the list are toggled on. Go back to Privacy & Security and scroll to Input Monitoring. Again, make sure all Wacom applications in the list are toggled on.
I've re installed the most recent drivers twice but still the same error message.
Any ideas?

It now works! Here is what Wacom support told me to do!
Regarding the issue that you are reporting, when the message "The security settings..." appears, select "Try again" The message disappears Go to System settings > Privacy and security > Accessibility Select the "com.wacom" file and press the " - " (minus) to delete it Close System Settings and try the pen The message "Security settings..." appears again Select "Try again". This time, the message "com.wacom would like to control..." appears Select "Open System Settings" and you will be taken directly to Accessibility Activate the com.wacom file If the "Security settings..." message appears again, simply close it Restart the computer and try your pen and tablet; everything should work as it should now

Thank you so much, Paula!
I had been struggling with this for days. . . . even bought me a new pen/tablet . . . .
Same problem kept occuring, even with the new tablet.
Followed your approach, and now things seem to be working fine.0 -
That's great! I'm glad it's helped.
