I can't believe this is an acutal issue.
So, I needed a replacement cable for my Wacom One, and I purchased it through the Wacom Site. Now, due to the weather, I was told it was going to take an extra 3 to 4 days, and I think that's reasonable. During shipping, it got delayed an extra day due to the weather; that's still reasonable. It makes it to a UPS facility in my area (on the new schedule), and then it gets delayed due to extreme weather outside my area. But, due to it being a Friday, it's another 3 day delay instead of a 1 day delay, for bad weather in a different location. That last bit isn't on Wacom; it's on UPS (which Wacom chose to use). So, I call UPS to see if I can pick up the package, because it's literally in my area where the weather is perfectly fine now that the roads have been clean of snow for four (more like five) days.
I can not pick up the cable due to restrictions that Wacom put on the delivery. And, thinking back, every step of the way has been a pain in my rear. Fist, I had to wait for the purchase to be approved by Wacom. I can see why that might be needed for something like a $500 table screen, but I see no reason why that's needed for a single $25 cable that their product requires to function. You're a tech company, that's one step that can be automated for small orders. Then, I find out that Wacom added restrictions to the delivery, that state someone needs to be there to sign for a $25 cable. So, I have to wait at the door all day if I want any chance to every use my Wacom One. Then, when the cable is here, but not quite here, I spend an hour on the phone, I can't even drive their to pick it up because of more restrictions that Wacom put in place.
It's like someone asked, "What can I do to drive away my existing client base?" and someone at Wacom said, "Everything".

Well, the cable finally came in, and much to my surprise (not really), despite the Wacom website stating that they are compatible, despite the cable having an included pamflit with my tablet listed in as being compatible, it doesn't work.
My old, bulky, you need an HDMI port, a USB for signal, and a USB port for 10W power cable started working again when I reinstalled the driver. Still doesn't change the fact that I just spent 25 USD on a high-data USB-C cable that isn't compatible with the Wacom One.
