Firmwar3e fails to install, Tablet (PTH660) only works now via blutooth-

My tablet has been working fine until this morning when it said there was a firmware update. I did that, then was told firmware failed and then my tablet stopped working while connected via USB. It only works via bluetooth. How did I fix this? I'm working on MacOS 13.4
