Cintiq Pro 27 Pen Application Settings Never Work

Application: All (settings work), Photoshop 2024 (settings never work), Illustrator 2024 (settings never work)

I have uninstalled everything and then reinstalled multiple times, but nothing have worked! This is a $3,500 device that doesn't work properly!
