The cursor freezes, jumps around then remains frozen for 30 seconds, Repeats every five min. The wacom goes into panic mode about 1-2 times a week. Sometimes more when a new driver is needed. This problem has been consistent with three other tablets I owned previously, as well as every computer I have owned. I love the product so much that I keep using it. But this game of uninstalling, getting new drivers, updating my OS, restarting my computer is getting really old. It's growing painfully obvious that this product does not work. It hurts to say this but I'm going to switch to another brand. Wacom needs to seriously invest in fixing these issues.
