Everytime I draw on a digital whiteboard it pops up a keyboard, how do i disable that?

me and i friend draw a lot on the digital whiteboards, but it makes it super hard and uncomfortable because everytime I switch tools a keyboard pops up. i tried everything but I can't disable it.

that's not the only problem though. when I go on roblox to those drawing games, instead of drawing when I use my wacom it just moves my screen around, unlike others who use it to draw normally and good.

can anyone help me?
