"EXPRESS" menu takes 1 second to popup, making my cintiq pro 16 unusable.
I just did the horrible mistake of upgrading the driver, now half of preferences are located in this helf-baked "wacom center" that misses essential features, AND the radial menus are unusable as they take one entire second to load instead of being ideally perfectly instantaneous.
Imagine the hell if your clicks are delayed by one second ......

So like always, only hope is to go:
- C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\PrefUtil.exe to BACKUP your prefs.
- Uninstall,
- download old driver (first from 2022),
- restart,
- install old driver, restart,
- C:\Program Files\Tablet\Wacom\PrefUtil.exe AGAIN, to restore your prefs.
- restart.
Be finally back on track, like before taking this very wrong decision to click update.0 -
I'm having same issue. Hate it, my whole workflow is based on using Radial Menus and now they are basically unusable. I love that you can choose custom colours, but the delay is horrible and text became much harder to read.

And yes, if you backed up your settings via PrefUtil.exe on a new driver version, you can't restore them on a old version.

Yes the way Wacom manages saved preferences is absolutely wrong, the user have to google "how to save preferences" then hunt for this hidden program PrefUtil.exe instead of naturally saving and restoring prefs files from one single Wacom app.
Adding this "Wacom Center" app and migrating some preferences like the ability to use two monitors, is absolutely wrong too, very mean against users to spread and divide preferences like that.
Mostly that the "incrustation Zone" has been lost in oblivion, which essentially prevents anyone to use two monitors with a cintiq, which again is either evil or an extreme proof of incompetence. If they wanted to setup a trap to prevent users to use their hardware, they would do exactly that.1 -
Same problem with this driver experienced here.

Looks like they've fixed it with the latest drivers. It was replaced by a new issue, though. Before the update, the tablet's touch function would stop working the moment you put the stylus near the screen, so it didn't interrupt you drawing. Now it no longer does and you have to disable it manually. Not a huge issue but it's there.

Latest update fixes the slow on-screen menu items. Thank you Wacom team.

it's just unacceptable that a 1600$ professional tablet stops working for months, because any update will break something that had zero reason to change in the first place.
Wacom, just don't do updates if you're not able to. Or do tests. Like grab one tablet and test the update, if nothing works then just don't release it.0
