Driver issue after session logout-login with Driver version > 6.4.1.3
Hi.
We are having startup issues with the Wacom Driver and the Wacom Tablet Properties tool with versions greater than 6.4.1.3.
When the user logs out of the Windows 10 session and then logs in again without delay (fast) and then, just after login, starts Wacom Tablet Properties tool, the tool tells that the device is not available. If the user retries several times, later, the tool finally allows them to access calibrate screen, but then in calibration windows, the tool, in some ocassions, is not receiving pen points from the device.
The only way to finish this situation is reboot the computer or unplug and plug again the device.
This behavior is not present in 6.4.1.3 and earlier driver versions.
We have reproduced this behavior with driver versions 6.4.6.1, 6.4.4.3, 6.4.2.3.
Note: This is a representation of our current issue using just Wacom tools, but we are having the same issue using our custom signature tool, unable to connect with the device when the tool is started after session login (Startup programs) due to wintab api call WTInfoA( WTI_INTERFACE, IFC_NDEVICES) is returning 0 devices available.
Regards.
