Pen Click Error (Software Error)

I've had the same random issue with my Wacom tablet for at least the last three updates, not sure if it's a Mac OS or Wacom software issue. Randomly my pen click in which I can click to close windows or drag images, etc, will stop working, the pen cursor still works, at which point I am forced to use my mouse to reboot my computer to fix the issue. I've reinstalled the Wacom software and updated my OS, the error still randomly happens, but it only happens maybe once every two to three weeks. 

I am using a 2019 iMac running OS Sonoma 14.5, with an Intros Pro PHT-460 driver 6.3.46-1

Sadly I've had this issue now for at lest three years.
