Cintiq 24, Substance Painter, EK and Pen - Cant move 3D object around

Hi,

I can zoom, rotate, paint, etc but cant move/scroll the 3D object left to right, etc. I have to resort to the mouse and keyboard for that.

Any ideas how to map/setup the EK unit?
