Black dots on my brand new Cintiq Pro 27 DTH271

I've received a brand new Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 DTH271 from the official wacom store in Vietnam few days ago. After unboxing, I turned it on and everything was good except the screen had some black dots. I've called the Wacom store right after that and they had confirmed it. But today (after 2 days), they said that Wacom would NOT be responsible for this because of size of these black dots is not large enough. I've spent ~$4000 for that product and now I'm so disappointed. I want Wacom to replace a new product for me.
