Screen flickering Wacom cintic 16

My Wacom cintic 16 keeps flickering. I have updated my drivers and everything i could find that might fix the issue. It mostly flickers if i move it around, but it still flickers when it's not in motion. It is the entire screen that flickers, not just a program. I've had this product for a couple of years so it could maybe be because it's a bit worn down? I have tried unplugging every cable and i've tried to find someone with a problem similar to mine but I cannot find one that is close enough. It flickers maybe once every 5 minutes and sometimes more sometimes less. There's small red lines on the screen before it flickers. Idk what to do to try to fix this, it has been an issue for the past years but it's manageable.
