Pen pro 3 difficulty click in button

I received the new Intuos Pro3 a few days ago, I really like it, but I've never had so much difficulty clicking the buttons on the pen, it should be more prominent, I've already tried the various options, does anyone else experience this problem?

  I have the exact same. The tablet itself is stunning, and apart from the buttons the pen is very good. Still, I'll probably return the entire set, because these buttons are not workable. I have been using many Wacom tablets, never came across a pen with buttons like this.

  I'm also going to return it, it's very frustrating not being able to use the pen's buttons.

  I am glad that the Wacom Pen 3 has now 3 buttons, but the buttons are a little too recessed, the lowest button hardest to press. I think when they make the buttons stick out a little more, it would be better. And that is an easy fix since this pen is a modular design.
