Pen buttons: Separate press/ hold/ release key sequences

It would be extremely useful for several applications if it was possible to assign separate key stroke sequences to pressing, holding and releasing a pen button. All it would take is to have three instead of one entry field with "Keystroke".  For example, in Onenote, I could assign Alt-D-L to select the lasso when pressing, and Esc when releasing. The "hold" would allow to extend the "modifier" functionality to any combination of keys, which would be extremely convenient for example in Capture One.
