How do I remap the pen buttons on a Movink 14 that's connected as a surface to my Windows 11 PC?

I've been able to set up my MovinkPad Instant Pen Display to connect to my Windows 11 PC over Bluetooth.  I can use it to do some basic drawing on my PC, but would like to be able to customize it.  Basically, I want to remap the buttons on the tablet to different functions, much like I do with my Intuos tablet.  I'd also like to be able to adjust the pressure sensitivity, since it seems to be very weak when I try to use drawing apps like Krita or Clip Studio on my PC.

How can I adjust my connected pen?
