Wacom Movink 11 Not Charging

My Movink 11 for some reason hasn't been able to charge all day. Currently going on hour 5 and not a single percent of battery power is taking. I've tried multiple different cables and adapters (included the recommended Wacom brand ones and no charge still). When I hold down the lock button it just shows the low battery icon but even when plugged it doesn't show a lightning symbol to indicate charge nor does it make the usual charging sound once plugged in. Is my Movink just dead? I'm really disappointed if this is the case since I've only owned this for about 6 months and potentially can't retrieve any of my files from it if unable to just turn it on. 

Can someone please inform me what's happening since this has never happened before? I don't even use the tablet excessively to have the battery drain out super quickly so I'm baffled by this predicament.

My movink just won’t turn on. Had it plugged in all day and now when I hold the lock button not even the low battery signal comes up. I’m seriously upset by this whole thing…
