Does anyone know how to fix this?

My Wacom pen jumps around and won’t stay where I’m trying to draw, and it's getting annoying. You can see in the video I didn't even put enough pressure to draw, and I didn't even touch the tab at all; it just drew itself. I used Clip Studio Paint, and my wacom is very old CTH-480
