I went through the comments and somebody un installed the last driver and reinstalled 6.4.3-2 and now the Penn is working correctly!! Go to Wacom drivers, beside the new driver you will see "Older ...

Yes Joe, I have the same problems. By accident I came across this website so now I know it are not my settings- I hope this will be solved soon.
